Water Treatment Plant Double Pass RO System 1000LPH

Grade 2 RO water filter is used to produce high-quality ultrapure water for beverage factories or cosmetics factories or pharmaceutical products, blood analysis, etc., including sand filter, carbon filter, softener, micron filter and grade 2 RO system.

1. Raw water pump - provides pressure for sand / carbon filter
2. Sand filter - remove turbidity, suspended solids, organic matter, colloid, etc
3. Carbon filter - remove color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful substances, etc
4. Softener --- hard water is softened by removing calcium and magnesium contained therein.
5. Micron filter - prevent any large particles, some bacteria and viruses from entering the RO membrane, with an accuracy of 5um, and is used to block any large particles, such as large iron, dust, suspended solids and impurities.
6. High pressure pump #1-- provides high pressure to RO membrane, at least 2.0 MPa
7. Primary reverse osmosis system - reverse osmosis system is the core part of pure water plant. RO system can remove more than 99% ions, bacteria, particles, 98% organic matter and silica, and 85% B. It has simple operation and long service life.
8. High pressure pump #2-- provides high pressure to RO membrane, at least 2.0 MPa
9. Secondary reverse osmosis system - reverse osmosis system is the core part of pure water plant. RO system can remove more than 99% ions, bacteria, particles, 98% organic matter and silica, and 85% B. It has simple operation and long service life.
